Project Overview

In July 2025, I led a rapid-scale e-commerce campaign for a trending collectible product — capitalizing on the viral Labubu wave. Starting from zero, the store went from launch to $35K in daily sales within 15 days, hitting $200K in revenue by August 4 with just $30K total ad spend.

The campaign strategy centered on aggressive, data-driven scaling across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads, using trend-driven UGC creatives to ride existing demand momentum. We targeted multiple countries and audience segments, constantly testing hooks and offers.

The success was built on rapid creative iteration and real-time optimization. By leveraging the viral nature of the Labubu trend and implementing urgency-driven messaging around stock scarcity, we were able to capture maximum demand during the peak of the trend cycle while maintaining profitability across all channels.
